Rules & Guidelines
Please read the submission guidelines carefully before registering.
1. Eligibility
- Filmmakers from India may participate.
- Films in any Indian language are welcome.
- English subtitles are recommended for films in regional languages.
- Participants must provide accurate personal and film information.
2. Film Requirements
- Submitted films must be original works or submitted with all necessary rights and permissions.
- Participants must own or have permission to use all visuals, music, dialogue and other copyrighted material.
- Film viewing links must be active and accessible to the festival team.
- Technical specifications and accepted formats will be stated in the registration form.
3. Registration & Submission
- Entry fee: ₹499 per submission, unless otherwise announced.
- Participants must complete the registration form and provide the required details.
- Incomplete forms or inaccessible film links may be rejected.
- Registration fees are subject to the festival’s refund policy.
4. Judging & Awards
- Films will be evaluated according to the festival’s judging criteria.
- Submission does not guarantee selection, screening or an award.
- Jury decisions will be final under the official festival process.
- Prize eligibility and distribution are subject to verification and applicable rules.
5. Rights & Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for obtaining permissions from all relevant rights holders.
- The festival may reject submissions that are misleading, unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing.
- By submitting a film, participants confirm that the information provided is truthful.
6. Certificates
Eligible participants may receive digital participation certificates. Certificate eligibility and delivery timelines will be communicated by the festival team.
